Exchange Policy

Orgo offers a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and condition. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product’s seal must be intact.

  • The packaging must not be tampered with.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

How to Exchange an Item

Please email us at sales@orgoherb.com to request an exchange. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • The name(s) of the item(s) you wish to exchange

  • The reason for the exchange

Once approved, we will send your chosen replacement item to your address. Please note: you will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment. If a product is faulty or damaged, we will fully refund or replace the item at no extra cost.

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, products can be returned for a refund under these conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them

  • Proof of purchase/order information must be included

How to Return an Item

  1. Take clear pictures of the damaged or faulty item(s).

  2. Email us at sales@orgoherb.com, attaching the pictures.

  3. Mention your order number, item name(s), and reason for the return.

  4. Send the product back in its original packaging with the seal intact.

Once received and approved, we’ll issue a coupon for the same amount as your returned item(s), which can be used on your next purchase.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, so timing is crucial.
